Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, wherever applicable.

Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details. IDHA will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately and share clear photographs of the package and product so our team can assist you.
