At IDHA, customer satisfaction matters to us. Since our products are consumable food items, please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before ordering.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number and clear photographs/video of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

4. Situations Not Covered

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement where the issue is caused by an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or by delays that are the responsibility of the courier partner and beyond our control.
